Success Story: A Love Story that Spans Half a Century

After over 50 years of marriage, Viola and Tony Roybal were worried that they would be forced to separate, that Viola would have to be moved to a nursing home. She has some health problems including diabetes, arthritis, and advanced cataracts in both eyes. Tony, her husband, is her caregiver but he needs knee replacement surgery. By choice, he has elected not to receive it. Who would take care of Viola while he recovered?

The shifting economy has impacted seniors in our community and the Roybals are no exception. But because the Roybals receive Healthy at Home meals every day, Viola is able to stay at home with her beloved Tony. The results speak for themselves. What’s not to love about that?
